Preventative care is key to a great smile. With regular checkups and cleaning, we can catch and correct problems before they begin, saving you time and money.
Our teeth may decay or become fractured resulting in a procedure called a crown. Crowns are necessary when fillings are not enough. They appear very natural and are extremely durable. We use a high quality lab to create a personalized crown that looks and feels just like your own tooth.
In the case of missing teeth a bridge may be the answer. Bridges replace lost teeth and behave similar to natural teeth. Generally these are an option when there are one or two missing teeth surrounded by healthy teeth on both adjacent sides. They are a great alternative when implants are not an option.
When we encounter a cavity often times the simplest solution is a filling. We offer bonded resin restorations and composite resin dental fillings. Composite resin fillings are tooth colored and largely indistinguishable.
When a toothache cannot be resolved otherwise, a routine procedure removing nerve and living tissue from inside a tooth known as a root canal is needed. Modern procedures are much faster and easier than in years past.
When a tooth is beyond repair an extraction becomes an option. The impacted area is thoroughly numbed to remove any pain associated with extraction. This service is completed comfortably in office.
We believe saving bone is critical for long term oral health. When extractions become necessary, bone grafting (also called socket preservation) at time of procedure is essential. By preserving the socket and filling the defective area with bone graft, the alveolar ridge on the jaw bone can be preserved. This improves periodontal health and leaved the option open for dental implants.
